This is Ishka, a gatherer of souls. She is a Glacier Tigrean, and a lovely character. Kind of a revamp from last year: [link] This is her second contest! Anyways, a little info on the design, just because. The odd marking on her neck is the mark of a gatherer. Kind of a stylized 'G', if you turn your head to the left. She is wearing a tattered dress ... I don't know why. And that thing in her hand is a soul. She does have legs ... but I left them out for composition purposes. And time-restriction purposes.
